This workshop will explore 1 of 7 chakras, the solar plexus. The solar plexus "I do" governs out confidence, self-esteem, control/ego issues and overall energy.
Certified Reiki Practitioner Danielle Smith of D1vine Healing & Restoration, will help us dive deeper into the solar plexus and discuss how we can begin the journey of healing that chakra.
Creative Healing LLC will facilitate the intentional paint activity following the workshop.
We will indulge in some refreshments, tasty non-alcoholic drinks, & some sweet treats while exploring our solar plexus more!
