About the event
Join Creative Healing LLC for an evening of meditation, yoga, and journal making on Saturday, November 11th from 6-9pm.
We will have guided meditation by Mind your own magic starting at 6:30pm and yoga by Jasmine Janee Thompson starting at 7:00pm. Both ladies will help guide us through holistic practices that will promote healing from the inside out.
Following meditation and yoga, we will make our own DIY journals using a variety of materials that will be led by Victoria Malone of Creative Healing LLC. Arts & crafts begins around 7:30pm.
Tickets are $40 for this event and includes: guided meditation, yoga, art supplies, lite bites, non-alcoholic drinks, and goodie bags with products from Mind your magic and other items.
